Place was not crowded due to the dining restrictions of 2 pax per table and it was a weekday. The greeting staff looked abit flustered, i guess there were a number of takeaway orders. But after we were seated the staff was attentive. The manager was friendly and informed if I did a survey, I would be entitled to a free side dish. The manager is the main staff boosting the rest of the staff service level. His service alone gets the 5 star rating. The food service was fast, it was really easy to order via the mobile app. The food came very quickly and the Hawaiian pan pizza was good with generous amount of pineapples. The bbq chicken was also worth it with big pieces of chicken on it.
The place was spotless and I could see staff coming out to give the rest of the tables a wipe down, keeping up with the hygiene levels.

The local favorite for a pizza place. Well, they not only served pizza, there are also other types of food and small bites. Tried the Hawaiian pizza, the fish & chips and the chicken wings. The pizza is good and tasted great. The fish & chips is a bit over fried. However, the wings are fantastic. The staff are friendly and also patient in guiding us placing our orders via the phone. Cheers to them! 👍

Order the food there at 5.33pm but was told by a male staff ready 20 minutes later. In the end waited for 1hour because the Malay counter staff lady said they are busy. The Malay lady staff attitude is horrible and keep saying not ready and u will see your food on the table when it is ready. Only Chinese lady willing to help us check our orders after we ask her for help. Please let us know in advice if pizza hut is unable to perform and unable to provide customer satisfaction. No apologize and bad attitude from staff.

Though i prefer eating in at pizzahut but buying home is jus as good and cheaper in price too. Usually we get pretty good spread on the pizza even though its on promo price...

Pizza Hut has shown how bad restaurants can become after touching great heights. Perhaps a change of management or whatever. Extremely cheap way of making money.. the Pepsi glass is 200ml costs 3.30 + GST + Service charge + ice which leaves only 100 ml of drink in the glass. Micky mouse ice cream came without the micky mouse topping. Half the stuff on menu not available.
Advise: if you can’t stay without Pizza Hut pizza better do takeaway. Avoid eat ins as the cost to food ratio is poor. It’s like the empty glass in the photo

Pizza quality has not disappointed, but unfortunately the place is understaffed and the wait times are incredibly inconsistent (ranging from 10 to 30 minutes AFTER the indicated pickup time).
The saving grace here are the one or two staff members (they look like part-timers, students) that are patient and polite!
