Just received my bike and a few accessories , shipped all the way to the UK from Coast Cycles. One word that sums up Coast Cycles for me is "Awesome". This goes from their customer support, right through to their concepts and bike designs. First class service from some very passionate people. I particularly liked my how I was welcomed into the Coast Cycles Family upon my purchase. A very nice touch, showing that Coast Cycles are indeed passionate about their products and in taking care of their customers. Upon opening up my bike box and getting my Buzzraw unpacked I was very impressed with not only the packing, but the build quality and attention to detail of my new ride.

Bought a Cannondale mountain bike here and requested for a full servicing before getting it on the road. The service was great, Kris and his fellow colleagues ensured my brakes and wiring were done properly before sending it to me. I was even given a new saddle which fits me perfectly. They addressed all my concerns and also gave me some beginner cycling tips on how to maintain my bike. Cannasia comes with my highest recommendation for anyone that’s looking for mid-range and high-end bike that will last you a long time.
Bought my old bike there for service, service lead time is about a week. Everything was done perfect and all wear and tear parts replace. The staff use their time to explain and go through the detail of the service. I even bought a second bike at a very good deal for my wife. Staff and the boss was very honest, no hard sell at all. Definitely a place to go, and highly recommended.

I was looking to buy a bicycle, and like a lot of retail bike shops in Singapore they have limited stock at any time Unfortunately they did not have what I was looking for, but I would go back again based on the service.
Got my Orbea Orca this week and my experience with them has been great. Not sure why the amount of negative feedback, they are not a big team thus probably why some of you experience downtime. Peter and Kok Fai had been very helpful in the whole process and i am glad i have gotten my bike from Cannasia.
