Good food, grumpy staff.
The waiters, supervisor and manager were all serving the food to every table without saying a word, without looking at the people and they sounded grumpy.
It wasn't busy, so I would advise them to take some time to smile and pause at every table to ask if everything is oka
Excellent service.
1. Was initially served by Sally who was extremely patient and helpful with our questions and requests because of my seafood allergy. Later Tracy came along and provided more information about the food and even took her own initiative to mark out food that I'm allergic to on our r

Me & my wife having our 1st experience here, I order my favourite dishes, the serving size is bigger then my thought.
THW menu board is simple as compared to other restaurants. Yet ……Service from the staff level kinda lacking the enthusiasm to serve, there are more staff headcount than customers. I felt like I need to be on the other end to say ‘thank you for trying to serve’ just to wake that lackluster teenager m
Food is OK but the service was extremely slow in Jewel branh. We previously also visited their branch in City Hall and the same slow service in serving their main dish takes at least 20 - 30 minutes. How slow can you prepare a beef bowl soup and their spicy noodles? 🤔
The mango sago, siew mai, and bbq pork buns were good. But the service was bad and not Changi Jewel standard. The 2 staffs who served us do not know how to serve and put items on the table without sound. Refill of tea took unusually longer time. Another staff was very polite.
Quite high quality dim sum at Jewel for a relaxing mid day meal. The polo char siew baos are a must. The congee is not bad as well. Above average pricing so do not expect that price of the HK main branch.
Good option at Jewel for quick, fuss free dining.
