Visited Bali ThaiIMM last Sunday with my family. Loved the food we ordered. Excellent service staff. Compliments to Irene for welcoming us with her cheerful greetings and for taking care of our dining needs despite busy lunch hour.
Best Tom Yum Seafood & Thai Ice Tea I've tasted so far compared to other Halal Thai food outlet. Just need to improve on the Green Curry Chicken, a bit sweet. Overall nice food & staffs well oriented at Waterway Point. Keep it up. :)
Just ordered dinner delivery from Bali Thai last Sunday. Ordering was a breeze and the food arrived punctually within the stated time frame. Likely to order again during the lazy weekends!

Decent taste.
Service was ok.
But be sure to act fast if the server is cleaning your dishes.
There's still half of the food in the plate and the server wanted to clear it away luckily we stopped him.
Maybe he can asked if we still want it before trying to clear it.
Was hunting for an indonesian restaurant, like Sanur, I used to patronize years ago. Was surprised to find a chain that had a good mix of thai and indonesian favorites! The grilled fish and tahu telur were excellent, tasting exactly how i remembered them! The fried glass noodles, literally flew me to Thailand. The tom yum soup lacked punch, likely needing more acidity. The grilled chicken and cuttlefish, were ok, but would prefer a heavier taste. Service was great and the environment was π. Oh, tapioca with coconut cream dessert was a good finale to the meal, delectable.
Staff with superb service! Food has no MSG addedππ! Good range of delicious food choices especially for weight watchers! Bali Thai never fail to impress me!
The quality and quantity of the dishes is absolutely good. There's free rice refills, the waiters/waitress were friendly. They would inform you if any dishes were sold out. I would suggest you to buy the Tahu Telor, as the dish was perfectly cooked. It's crispy on the outside, but soft on the inside. It's the best Tahu Telor that I've ever eaten. Another tip is, DO NOT go during dinner time as it will get very crowded. Try to make sure your schedule is available for the timing between Lunch and Dinner. That's all. Hope you enjoy the food!

First time dining at Bali Thai and it was a good experience. Ordered a wide variety and majority of them were really good!
π Nasi Istemewa was pretty good. It has a subtle flavour of sambal chilli in the Fried rice, and has a strong Indonesian flavour. I rate 4/5 π
π² Seafood Tom Kha soup Pot has a rich aroma of coconut milk, but not thick to the extent you'll feel sick. Has 2 Prawns, 2 Mussels and a handful of white fish and squid. I rate 4/5 π
π Pad Thai was a abit too dry for me, and lack of the charred thai wok flavour. I didnt appreciate that the prawns were diced. But the beancurd and raw beansprouts were aplenty. I rate 3/5 π
π Nasi Goreng Petai, has a light aroma of Petai, but only 5 petai beans. Rice is fragrant and has a good amount of chicken cubes. A little oily for my preference. I rate 3/5 π
π Ikan Assam Pedas was a hot favourite for my parents. It is tangy and lightly spicy, the asam was flavourful too. The fish was pretty big for $28. I rate 4/5 π

Food is nice except Cumin not grill to my expectation as Waterway Point Cumin. And the chinese woman server use a word 'Huh' and 'later' when I approach her to change the wrong drink been served. If not I'll give 5 star.
Ordered green and red curry, both use different spice and ingredients. The vegetables and tomyum was good
Nice ambience, comfortable seats, good food, definitely one of the top choices when dining with family at Causeway Point!
Price point is slightly high, but it is expected when dining in a shopping mall. A nice mixture of Thai and Indonesian food, definitely one of the earliest players in the market.
Quality of food is maintained, staff working were nice and professional. Can give it a shot if you happen to pass by and unsure of what to eat! :)
