Beano is certainly better than your typical hawker soya/beancurd stall. But if I were to compare it to the best in singapore, it would fall short. We added ginger extract to the beancurd, thinking it would be a sweet and fragrant addition. To our surprise, it was pure ginger spice and partly ruined
