The cheesy wedges arrived cold. The wedges are not hot and crispy. The fried thigh chicken are dry, hard and cold. The fried chicken is also not fresh.
1 star given for hot piping whipped potato and hot Milo.

Zinger burger in big bun & crispy chicken are great. Mashed potato tastes good. Fries are soft. There is a wash basin. The free flow drink dispenser is good for pepsi. Outlet has good seating for smaller gathering, located near the entrance area.
KFC seems to always give very big discounts like 50-70%, and got a lot of customers queueing but didn't manage their operations efficiently. The chicken were decent but the service was extremely terrible. Not sure how their operation could be that slow? Didn't follow the queue, and it took 30-45 min
Quality has definitely gone down, chicken is very small and dry, especially the drumstick.

Chicken is completely devoid of moisture and hard like rocks.
Staff gave me mostly breasts (When i reuqested for a mix of wings, drums and thighs) .

Super regret to have KFC . I should just walk few step and get jollibee instead. Chicken dry and not hot. Egg tart is not hot and crispy, a bit undercook but at least still have taste of it. The only save part is soft drink and mash potato ! No KFC, I'm not stepping in anymore for at least One Year
No body at counter but i wait for 45 min outside to go in. Many customer long queue and they decided to change thier mind to eat ta KFC. louzy staff. Many staff but duno whta thier doing
