Great Zhi char and the best homemade sweet sunflower seed/almond slices/sesame brittle I've ever tasted!!!! Not sure if it's only on sale during the CNY period, but it's truly the finest thinnest candied nut brittle I've ever had!!

Its got the best chicken porridge in the whole of Singapore at the end of this eating place. Its only open from 7am - 11am. Once the shop finishes their daily batch they close up shop for the day. Best to get in early. Traditional Singapore food at local prices.

Hainanese porridge by Hainanese couple. Best in Singapore!
Had zi char with my friends. The recommended items on the menu were quite good: fish head curry, fried sotong, pork ribs, and fried tofu. Cosy kopitiam.
Kopitiam located at the opposite of Bugis Plus, the location is convenient and many choices available in this kopitiam. The zhi char here is recommended for their Hua Dan Ho and Mongolian Pork Rib.
