Visited on a Friday evening and it was oddly quiet and vacant, seats aplenty. Service was quick as expected of a fairly empty restaurant. Food order was promptly taken and the food came within 5-10 mins. What I did not like was the lack of effort in ensuring that the two orders (mine and my partner’s) would arrive at the same time.
Food quality was fairly good. I found the noodles and broth flavourful, with the beef slices cooked just right. It might be a little too salty for some though. That said, I have not been to Vietnam and can’t quite vouch for its authenticity. As far as I’m concerned, it’s good.
However, the offerings here are expensive. Ambience is good, but it doesn’t explain the high prices. Not quite value for money, but ok for an occasional meal.

Great table service and equally good tasting meal. They got our drunk order wring but was quickly corrected when it was brought to their attention. You must try the summer rolls. The accompanying condiments were great too.

Authentic vietnamese food. A bit singapore-ized so that it would go great with local people.
I had grilled beef summer rolls, which was great by taste. Served a bit late, however the service was good. Nice ambience too. Definitely worth another visit, for a main course. I shall definitely update the review once that's done!

Good Halal vietnamese food in Pasir Ris. The price is not cheap though. The summer rolls we ordered we quite tough, needed to be soaked in water a bit longer but the rest of the items we ordered was good.

Let's start with the ok service and ambience. Music's not too loud and overall vibe is contemporary.
Not crowded for Sunday lunch. So service was quite prompt.
The Pho I felt was below average. And if this doesn't shine (name of establishment) them it's a fail. The soup was thin and nothing close to being authentic. Hardly could taste the beef stock (if there was any). They were light on the vegetables and herbs as well with a small helping of basil and bean sprouts (and a wedge of lime).. that's all you get. Don't bother with the spicy soup version as well.
Gave it a couple of stars due to service, ambience and the rolls and coffee which were decent.

The decor is nice and service is efficient. Been here a few times and food is generally good. Just avoid the seafood pancake though as it is nowhere near what you’d get in Vietnam - chunks of onion, skimp on the seafood, and a tasteless outer base. Have eaten more of this dish in Vietnam than I can count on both hands and this is a dish I recommend they look at changing or eliminating from their menu. Otherwise, if you happen to be in Pasir Ris and looking for Vietnamese food, a decent place. There are better outlets in and around the area if you are looking for quintessential Viet Nam food

I'm glad that we have a sopho here at whitesands mall, it is a little up there in terms of price but the food matches up to it!
There often times will be deals so do catch them!

I tried the dried noodle. Meat was cooked properly and tender, noodle was good. But the sauce was not authentic flavor, it was way too much sour. And for these kind of food, sauce is everything. I ordered Vietnamese iced dripping coffee and they brought out nearly full glass of iced coffee and put on top a hot dripping filter. So by the time it finished the dripping, ice was gone and I had a big full glass of black coffee with average taste. 10% service charge + 7% GST will be added to your bill also, it may surprise you if you waive your receipt.
