Chewy noodles, awesome char siew+lots of liao, tender, well braised chicken feet, big portion, fast and efficient service. Cheap and good! What more can you ask for?
This Outlet Is The Honest To Goodness Down-to-earth Best Makan Place For Me.
A few things you must try here are the curry chicken chop noodle, wanton mee, chicken leg. Friendly service but expect queue during peak hour. The wait won't feel long because the stall is very efficient.
Ate this almost daily for a long time. One of the best, noodles are perfect, char siew is tasty as is the chicken cutlet. Yum!
My must eat whenever I am around Hong Lim. Delicious, generous portions and friendly bosses
Love the taste of the springy noodles. The special soya sauce is also very similar to those that one gets in wanton mee over the causeway in Msia. Health conscious pple like me may consider requesting no "猪油渣crispy lard"....despite they are small n almost not noticeable n delicious
6 wantins and lots of char siew and mushroom for $5. Good value in the cbd. However please get $6 if u are carbo hungry
This is the best wanton mee I ever eaten in Singapore! Lady boss is very friendly as well! Good service, good food = fantastic experience! If you are in Chinatown, this is must try!
The portion is really worth the price!!! I love it.
Damn nice! Noodles have unique texture that can't be found elsewhere n the lard is so nice!
Portions are tremendous. Best $6 of wanton noodles ever eaten. Eat till I drop.
The rich flavour of the sauce goes well withthe right amount of fattiness of the char siew, braised mushrooms and chewiness of the noodles is simply mouth watering. The portions given were great and the boiled wantons are awesome. Never changing standards all year round just keeps you coming back for more 😋🍴🖒
Very nice noodles and stay springy for a long time. Good value for $$.
Nice owner , nice food .... nothing ever come so close .
Char siew is sweet tasting. Wan tan is nice. Noodles are thicker than usual, suace had mushrooms inside.
Very nice wantan noodle but downside is they don't allow to add noodle.. their small medium large is differentiated only by amount of ingredients with the same amount of noodle
So so lah, place is air condition, but it is super hot. All hot air inside the restaurant. It's a suffering eating there. All wet.
It was crowded when my friend and I passed by during lunch the day before, was curious about the newly opened establishment.
We decided to try it out since we're taking a late lunch today at 3pm, it's quieter and rather cozy.
I had the "Shredded Chicken Ipoh Hor Fun", while my friend ordered the "Curry Chicken Noodle", the empty bowls pretty much speaks for itself. The friendly staff gave me a bigger bowl of the yummy soup when I asked for it.
