Found this place by chance and decided to try because it had pretty desserts and a nice atmosphere. Had the TART (lime and almond), which was not too sour or sweet and had a lightness to it. The ice cream to accompany it was very light, flavourful and refreshing as well. We had also noticed that the desserts (other than croissants) were all "freshly assembled", which added a nice touch, though it took a slightly longer time.
Remembered trying the chocolate drink sometime back, but decided to give the treats another try since we missed it the first time around and it was famed for that.
Came by on a weekday afternoon and we managed to get a seat upon entry (note that it closes at 7pm, might miss it for dinner).
Mocha was skewed towards the chocolate side, which I do prefer since it gives a sweeter and fragrant note to the drink 👍🏻
The lychee oolong tea was really top notch too, had a really strong lychee smell to things, and when adopting the Chinese methodology of 3 gulps per sip, it really enhances the taste of the drink!
*They do offer free refills too! And the second cup still taste and smell as good 😊
The lime tart was really awesome too, at $10, I had really high expectations and it was definitely met 🤤 the sour tone on both the tart and sorbet came really well together, whilst not being overbearing, definitely a good ratio on the line across the dish.
Will definitely look to try their other sweet treats in our future visit!
Another day exploring a cafe in the west, which is rare btw. They are accessible even by public transport, a bus from JE interchange can bring you to a bus stop nearby and you'll just have to walk a little bit.
Their store design is rather quiet with white and wood. Simplistic design overall. I think they kept the flooring from the previous owner so it added a hint of nostalgia to the place.
Pastries/Cakes/Tarts available for the day are displayed beside the counter. Initially, I was taken aback by the price tag but it was a pleasant surprise that the desserts came with a small scoop of ice cream at the side that complements well.
Westies definitely should try!

I've tried many desserts here but still couldn't decide which is my favourite because they are ALL SO GOOOOOD! Can bring back Granny's Smith please? (:
If you noticed, unlike other places where the tarts are ready to go, the staff here only piece together the desserts (including some of the fillings, I think) upon order so the tart base always tastes fresh n crisp when you eat it.
They also serve great coffee and tea that comes with a delicate handmade cookie/pastry when you dine in. This is by far the only confectionery that makes me want to return again and again.
I would strongly recommend this place. Serving possibly one of the best dessert bar in town. The place serves desserts with unique creative names and pair it up beautifully with their own homemade gelato and sorbet. Just love how they manage to create these desserts with great synergy and have various textures from rich creamy layers to crunchy tart base.
If you appreciate a place offering creative and great tasting desserts, you will love this place. Definitely not an “ordinary” neighborhood confectionery
MADU-ly in love with the intricate desserts & pastries from Lee's Confectionery @lees_confectionery! This is Bb's favourite spot in the west side of Singapore to satisfy his sweet tooth! Among their variety of creations, 𝗠𝗮𝗱𝘂 is still hands-down Bb's favourite, partly because Bb loves hexagonal shapes in general! The lighter, airy Horlicks mascarpone cream provides a nice layered contrast against the crunch and sweetness of the honey-glazed cornflakes.
If you love the classic dessert combo of chocolate and banana, then 𝗝𝗶ā𝗼 (literally the Hanyu pinyin for "蕉") will make you go head over peels (again, I tried my ̶w̶o̶r̶s̶t̶). Lost count of the number of versions LOL but the current iteration features chocolate ganache & banana compote encased within the sponge cake, complete with a cutesy almond biscuit on top.
No more tummy space for their croissants this time, will return for it next visit~

One of the desert shop that will leave you thinking of returning back again to taste what other desert can offer. A humble space with clean and neat feel and friendly welcome. Lime tart and Madu is a must to try. It has multi layer of taste with each bite. Best to discover the layer urself to be amaze by the different taste in every bite. Highly recommended.
Have been wanting to pop by this place for quite awhile. Finally manage to find some time with the missus to pay them a visit.
Boy, you will not regret it.
We had ordered the Tart and the Madu. The Madu 's Hexagon shape with the honeycomb are absolutely spot on. The Horlicks ice cream also goes very well with it. The Tart with the lime cream and lime zest complements well with the almonds as well. The lime sorbet also very refreshing.
Will be looking forward to our next visit soon to try other delish desserts.
