Hokkaido Ramen Santouka - Singapore - Photo album

Overpriced ramen, soup is thin, noodles a little too soft, and in general just not very good. Ordered the medium karamiso, and as with some others who posted here, was asked whether to upgrade to their kurobuta, or to add on an egg. It is crazy that the basic ramen doesn't have any egg. Considering
Certainly a passable ramen, even if its not the best I've ever eaten. 13 bucks ++ for the basic ramen, without egg, but with chashu at least. The soup is fine, but a little thin; and the noodles are again acceptable, if nothing spectacular. The premium options are pretty expensive, setting you back
Soup is quite bland and thin. It was 12.90++ which is okay for ramen but considering it doesnt contain egg its really quite ex. But it has charsiu at least. Soup is not the worst but could have more umami, but still blends nicely with the noodles which are also on the chewy side which is alright

One of the best Ramen I ever had. Been to Singapore and USA Santouka. I would say their recipe is really consistent and taste as good. Am happy to see another store branched at City Square Mall basement. A must try ramen, their broth is really good. Would visit again when I return to Singapore. 👍🏻
Pretty average. Ordered the Kara Spicy Ramen as I wanted a good spicy ramen fix. Not too bad. Service was below average though and with constant upselling which was unusual. I asked for Kara Spicy Ramen (medium), and asked to upsize to their main signature dish. Then after declining, I was asked if
