This place used to be called Donna Carmela. Quality used to be better. My carbonara linguine was more like scrambled eggs with spaghetti. At least they tried making it the original Italian way instead of cream from a jar. Tiramisu was so-so. Service was not bad.
The service is very friendly and the food is fresh and good value for money. Nice Italian Grocers and worth taking a look to see what gems you can find.

Good restaurant, quality food, pleasant staff - forgive fact served Hendrick's Gin+ tonic with lime ( vs cucumber). However, unforgivable that head chef, who had worked with daughter at previous restaurant thought it appropriate/funny to tell her she was fat.

Delightful restaurant at Hillcrest. Pizza was very generous covered with procuito and crust crispy yet offering a substantial, satisfying bite. Their Satisfood burger was also seriously yummy with each mouthful offering burst of flavor. Reminds me of hearty food at Italian farmhouses. Pick out well
Great food, the risotto balls, prawns, and pizza were 👌🏽👌🏽👌🏽 the ambience was also commendable, very laid back and cosy. You could purchase food items in the deli at reasonable prices. Friendly staff too!
