Since there’s no place to file a complaint I thought to put it here, food ordered at 10am through drive through, nobody in front of me, and I had to wait 16 minutes! I am not sure why but the food was just sitting there. I had to step out of the car and go in and take the food myself. Worse thing is the staff was not apologetic at all.

Quiet on a Friday afternoon tea break timing and more than ample space. No queue needed for my group of 3. There are 2 functional touch screen for self ordering. The vehicle entry to the car park serving Macdonald’s and Sakae Sushi is separate from those going to the Tradehub various showrooms and offices. Weekend parking here is FOC which is great. The only public transport to this place is via buses as it is right between Jurong East and Clementi MRT station. Seating is rather limited so normally have to wait awhile to get a seat and order during peak hours

Waited 15 mins drive through, not moving at all. Went down to get from kiosk, waited another 15 mins not moving at all the numbers. Many customers waiting for their foods. Apparently the foods are all ready, just never serve at all. The branch manager hiding behind kitchen and literally no one is gathering the orders. Just keep letting the foods to stack and people just waiting. Don't call yourself a fast food restaurant. We went to the manager and request for refund, then the manager ask for physical card, then we asked whether our order is ready. She Went to check and get all our foods, obviously all foods are ready just no one serve.

Terrible service! First the person managing the entry kept making it difficult for 5 of us to sit together despite the restaurant was quite empty. She kept insisting the 4 seats are for family etc.. Then when we got to the counter to order a lady rudely told us to go to the kiosk as they were short handed. Granted it was a rainy day with a lot of drive in orders, I would appreciate to be told nicely. But after we grumbled about complaining, suddenly their attitude changed.. I don't think we should resort to complaining before we get decent service. Anyhow I would think twice before coming to this McDonald's again.

Made a mobile order to pickup for drive-thru but the queue was very long and slow, went to the counter to takeaway physically instead but the staff said we had to go thru drive-thru even though we could see our order sitting at the counter. Not sure what this backward service is.

Offer another quick bite option if we find the food in nearby food court is too boring. Pamper ourselves once a while is ok.

We were here for drive thru. Fries was really hot, love it! Didn't wait for long eventhough it was dinner time.

It's a self service outlet. The self order system is user friendly. Food may be self collected or be table-served. Due to space constraints in present covid times, there is limited seating but it's not a problem at non-peak hours. Daily deals give us the opportunity to taste the varying food items on the menu.

Better ask your mac close down the counter better .. got the machine so ? Cant customize food all these and the manger tell me counter cant use ..

I ordered Mcchicken meal (XTRA lettuce on the burger) take away. Upon eating the burger, there no not even ONE lettuce on the burger. Apa ini? Bodoh or stupid

Your fillet o fish have half cheese?!?! WTF!!? Is it because the meal is Super value meal that is why you cut the cheese into 2?

Unethical service!!!! Drive-thru for special order filet-o-fish plain with new patty and hot harsh brown but were sold cold ones!! Bad services!!!!

Drive thru have very slow service. Can wait up till 15-20 mins for your order

What happen to Mcdonalds?? I bought my breakfast this morning and rush off to office. Then I found it was not a whole round egg in my burger. It was half an egg. What happen to serve it right the first time? Such an disappointment.
