Recently moved to Singapore my partner and I went on a hike search for great Sichuan restaurant in Chinatown. We found a street full of this cuisine; we walked into this one as the girl working outside was pretty good sales lady :) We ordered our usual 2 favourite dish that we used to order in Sydney - the price was on parr but when the food came out I was pleasantly surprised with the taste - I dare say it was Better. Tender chicken was indeed tender and spicy with complex flavours. Boiled sichuan fish was incredibly delicious. Cucumber salad was refreshing and went perfect with the hot dishes. I am surprised with their zomato rating. This place is definitely right up there. Service was friendly. Ill return to other dishes another time!
UPDATE: I go to this restaurant pretty much once every two weeks now and I found a dish that is just incredible! If you go to this restaurant, I strongly recommend to order Fish fillets in Soup base with lots of green peppers. OMG this is heaven!!!! I get cravings with this dish! Also tender chicken stirfry is tasty although they can go bit easy on salt as I found them quite salty at times.
