understaffed outlet. would prefer this over koi as more economical. no people during non peak timings. lovely place to get bbt fix.
Ordered a caramel milk pearl tea, it was tasty but lasted for just few seconds 😲. Being curious, I teared open the plastic cover at the top (as the glass is not transparant like the ones that I saw at other places in Singapore for last 4 days), to realise it was filled with at least 2/3rd of ice. I
When liho says it opens at 10, should’t all tea-s be available by 10 am? I went to the shop at 10, however was told that only avocado tea was available and no pearls were made yet.
Service is slow and lacklustre, disappointing considering that it is located within Changi Airport. Due to the current reduction in customers, the shop closes at 7pm and takes last orders around 6.45pm. The mainly operates with only one crew member, meaning that service can be quite slow. Went there at 6.50pm on a Thursday evening and the staff says it's already closed.
