Came here for a light tea break, went for the parfait, drinks and cakes are more value for money than Starbucks. Good for Mother’s Day if you’re buying cake for mother as well.

Worse experience. We bought the crepe and brought home in less than 1 hour and this is how the crepe look like. The staff did not place it in the proper manner which resulted in this.

Awesome Japanese cakes and pastry. U can get some Japanese snack like cookies, biscuit, pudding and jelly. Was told their product are freshly imported from Japan. Reasonable price with premium quality. Fresh cream are milky n smooth. Signature strawberry cake is a must try! Love it!

Had the cheese cake with matcha lattes. I loved it but felt it was nicer in the past. Size seems to have gotten smaller too :/ yummy tea tho! Do remember to grab a seat before you queue as it can be crowded at times.

Came by to visit CompassOne this weekend and felt a little peckish post lunch. And when I chance across this Chateraise outlet, my attention was drawn to its high ceiling, large space and seating areas where patrons can sit and eat. Up until today, my impression of Chateraise was only that of a cake shop and I’m obviously wrong because I like this bright yet cosy cafe overlooking the central space of the shopping mall. I ordered their strawberry fresh cream cake and a hazelnut latte to round up the afternoon teabreak. The cake was light, and melts in the mouth, while the fresh cream they use gave the tiniest tiniest hint of alcohol. Of course they have a wide variety of cakes, pies and ice cream snacks to be paired with their regular coffee, Japanese coffee and fruity drinks. Presentation of the cakes are tip top when everything looks oh-so-goooood and irresistible that one can get greedy and carried away when ordering too! Will return whenever I I have that craving for tasty, softy, melt-in-the-mouth kind of snacks from this shop in ConpassOne!

Undeniable, food offer and varieties are excellent, extremely enjoy. However, especially for Chinatown point outlet, only a single cashier operating is not that efficient, please have a better & effective payment solution. I experience most uneffective short queue but long hour standing to wait for payment. I'm fourth in queue, after 15min to 20min waiting, the 2nd in queue was asked to go to a cashier just at doorstep, however non of your staff know how to operated the machine except the only cashier which still dealing with the same 30min customer, hence the 2nd in queue give up and ran off. After wait for another 5 to 10 min, I request I pay the amount without any changes, but your staff unable to do anything and just ask to wait for the only cashier, at the end still no progress, so I move on without buy anything.

after reading all those review.. and i have experience some customer was rude too!! i was a retail line. and i do experience some nasty 'customer' too. to be fair and honest. i was Q-ing behide one of the customer. cashier was saying "total:$9.80" the customer just throw the $10 on the table. i don't think the cashier deserve to be treat like a beggar. all people work for a living. if customer want treat with right way, you guys should treat them right way. anyway, the cakes was Nice . would go back again.

went to the chinatownpoint outlet which was recent opened. i gotta say the service of one of the cashier there was really disappointing. i understand that the labour market in singapore is really tight for service industries, but i expected better from a Japanese pastry shop. please send someone from isetan scotts to train the staff at chinatown point. no matter how good the cakes and puffs are, no customers will go back to buy more if the service is bad.

Hi, I agree fully that the service staff at the Chinatown Point outlet utlet are very rude, unfriendly and absolutely impatient. I just asked how long can I keep the mooncakes in the freezer and they (the male cashier n another female staff) stared at me as if I have asked an alien question!!!! Very disappointed n disgusted with their bad attitude, changed my mind about trying the mooncakes. They are a disgrace to the Japanese excellent service n politeness branding.

The cake is very nice..but the staffs at orchard outlet were nt helpful at all. They didn't serve us even we stood in front of the cake. I asked for 38 yrs old candles but they only give me 3 big and 7 small candles...end up we only can put 1 candle on the cake. I also wanted to write a name on the cake. They do write the name on the chocolate plate, but they didn't put inside my box. End up celebrate birthday with no names and only one candle...

Wonderful cakes at really affordable prices. Cream is so fluffy and not too sweet. All time fave for my toddler son and family!

Trusting that the best-selling double cream puffs will definitely have fresh cream in them, I bought 5 at a go. To my horror, this isn't the case. The prices may seem affordable, but what are we paying for? Cream look-alike made from vegetable oil, shortening, gelatine,...
