just the quality of service probably not up the standard of the other branch.
Staff can be a little more attentive. Food wise can be more prompt . we waited for 30 mins for my grilled hamachi after my last served item .

Only authentic Japanese restaurant like them will serve nice Cha Soba, Chirashi Don and Unagi Toji. Simply delicious and fresh. Fast and good service.

There was Hara Matsuri promo but most Sakura Hiramasa items were SOLD OUT.
The reason am writing this review is the exceptional hospitality by the service staff thou they were 1 staff down.
My order of Kirin beer came in pair. The svc staff, Mei Fang, came with our beverages 🍺🥛.
She noticed that I'm the 1 having the 🍺 and suggested to keep the other can back into the fridge.
Floor Mgr Yenny was also very professional in handling a demanding customer who insisted jumping the queue since he was waiting in person at restaurant front.

Last Wednesday we had lunch at Sushi Tei at Nex shopping mall .
The food is absolutely good and fresh . We ordered a number of dishes and enjoyed our meal thoroughly, especially the salmon mentaiyaki.
The restaurant has an extensive menu which offers great choices. Unfortunately, staff service is very average . Hence , we would only give a 3 star for our review.
