It’s a nice place just next to the BoonKeng mrt station and the bus stop. Never been inside the but pass by the restaurant pretty much everyday. There for I don’t know how their services are like so giving 4 🌟 based on the location and quietness. Maybe it deserves 5🌟 if they provide friendly and quicker response to the customers 😊👍

Food was cold and unfresh standards. There's was this lady staff suspected from Pinoy claims KFC policy that the KFC toilet is meant for staff only so any KFC customers unable use it even dine in. Called KFC to clarify and they say no such policy implemented. Ask receipt after payment and the pinoy lady staff said no receipt can be issue due havent fill up new roll and told I can wait but she say she got long Q to handle.

Staff of this branch, playing punk seem to be their forte. Original breast meat will always be unavailable, but upon request to wait for it, it magically becomes available in a hot minute. Perhaps they are keeping food of their preference aside for their own consumption.

Hot & crispy chicken was not available when I went to purchase my dinner - opted for the original recipe instead. Should not have bought that since the chicken was so salty. In addition to that, I wasn’t given the nuggets I ordered. Ordered the 8pcs chicken bucket set and the nuggets were not included in the takeaway with the rest of the items. Staff saumya was very patient and polite but he did forgot my nuggets.
This is not the first time this outlet messed up my food. The previous time I went to this outlet and bought myself a zinger box - I found a piece of plastic inside my burger. Luckily, I opened up the burger when I reached home to pour the chilli sauce and noticed the plastic. Can’t even imagine what if I had ate the burger without seeing that?
I rarely eat fried chicken, and as of now, I have decided to no longer come to this outlet ever again. To take note from now on for KFC: check my food before eating and check if all items are in the takeaway bag before leaving the store.

His colleagues should stop watching him and start working. They were laughing away while he was giving his best service to every single customer that walked in.

Very very bad experience here. I ordered the currycano buddy meal takeaway and told the server for the 3 pcs chicken i would like a mix of drumstick and thigh, cheese wedges. When I arrived home I received normal wedges, 2 chicken wings and 1 drum stick, and I DID NOT RECEIVE THE BURGER which is the main item of this meal. How do you get 3 items wrong in an order??? Went back to change and get the missing burger and again I returned home and realize they DID NOT GIVE ME THE CURRY FOR THE CURRYCANO. Absolute disappointment. Please train your staff better otherwise assign a simpler task to them.

Pretty decent outlet. It’s a tad small dining in. Some items were out of stock but the staff were kind enough to replace them. Overall an A-ok experience.

I reached the Towner Road outlet before 1030am today but Raju, the staff taking order told me that there were no eggs no breakfast except porridge. Neither could I order lunch since lunch starts at 11am. So your kitchen takes a break at this time between 1030 to 11am? Oh I forgot to mention that there were only 1 person before me in the order Queue but I had to wait more than 15 minutes before I was served. To me, Raju and your kitchen staff displayed a very lazy and hack care attitude in their service. KFC Towner Road is a disappointment.
