Its always crowded here but the car park is sufficient. The food court on level 4 have the most affordable stall here. Loved the Pork knuckle rice set and Ayam Penyet chicken/fish rice set here.

A decent mall with all the usual amenities such as a supermarket (Fairprice), food court (Food Junction), bookshop (Popular), electronics (Courts and Challenger), pharmacies, fast food joints, opticians, etc etc. Close to mrt and bus interchange. Can get crowded at times though.

Well integrated to both MRT and LRT. They always have something new at the atrium. Really good place to bring the young ones as they have a brand new hopping library on the 5th floor.

The floor is very slippery. Pls do something about it . Or else I will go straight to the customer service . I saw a uncle walking limping and one of his leg has problems , he fell down at level 4 outside bluez on 22nd June 2022 at 845pm. Please check ur cctv for reference . Pls do something about the floors , even I myself find it slippery.

Neighbourhood mall, suitable for ppl that is staying around that area! Not advisable for those that staying far away. Food court n Ntuc are usually pack.

Just brought a Mcnuggets meal at lot 1 for take away. Came home to found out that no sauce was given. Not even chilli sauce! I should have check but was in a rush. A lady infront of me also take away her meal but came back to the counter and complian that no sauce was given. Is it so difficult for the counter staff to give sauce for take away??? Or they are being trained not to give??? This is the minimum expectation from your customer service. My inv no.008802102047 maybe the management can check who is the counter staff. Lot 1 Mc please buck up your service.

Was at this place yesterday. The service staff is polite and give good recommendation. I am not sure what to have after my lunch. He recommended the Americano coffee and a cheese cake. I loved it as it fit into my after lunch well. A nice place to relax, meet friends or the spend the hot and humid afternoon in this air-con environment.

Got a takeaway breakfast this morning, got a tea instead of coffee, found out at home. Last week, I realised that they forgot to add chilli, after explicitly asking for it. #issitthathard? Tip: check your order thoroughly before you leave the counter.

The overall hygiene is poor. Though air-conditioned, the dining area nearer to toilet is dirty and infested with flies. Walls have dried up chilli and coffee stains.

Having morning breakfast and coffee at Lot 1 McDonald's. Accidentally spill my coffee over the table and chair. Try to clean it up myself. But can't find any table cloths on the bin. When ask for help at the counter while no one in the queue, all the staff act busy. Everyone just take care of themselves. Where is the teamwork?

Ended worked so tired just wanna have a good lunch before i rest and I know you guys today having a big event at around 12pm. So everyone is busy and then my order number have not appear in the screen this in charge ask for my order number and yes is mine. Cause due to my tiredness and i never check my items cause i believe macdonald always serve in a positive way but when i reached home my large fries was not inside totally make my mood and tiredness straight away gone. hope you guys can aware this problem.

seriously to say , when my sister in law was at the restaurant, she was given double cheese burger. and she complain to me that that the beef patty is too soft and its not cooked .. its making her sick.
