Very strict with the rules (typical of Singapore). The room are very small but the student atmosphere is great. I had great times with the international students there. The only sad thing is that there is no kitchen for cooking and therefore you have always to eat somewhere else, which gets very expensive for students. The position of the building is simply great, right next to main NUS buildings, nice swimming pool and food courts. A starbucks is also nearby for great night study sessions.

Have all facilities needed for student life, have guest rooms for parents of students can come and visit their children. Beautiful green field, gym, swimming pool, starbucks, food courts, mac and pc rooms! 2020: during pandemic, Utown is so quite but still very beautiful! 29/6: so happy to see the pool's lights are on again 7/2020: last days of my stay on campus, hope to visit and see the vibe of campus life again in the near future!

Located in National university of Singapore. Arguable the nicest campus residence in Asia. The residence offers so many facilities and a much diverse environment. Pricing for accommodation is decent although rooms are very small. Its a perfect place for a good campus experience.

I can see how this is conducive for the students! Great facilities, great food, easy parking, truly a convenience. Student from yesteryears would be have loved to have something similar. They only had boring canteen food, otherwise trekking out to Fong Seng and Clementi Hawker for the likes! Still searching for the movie cinema but I could be wrong...

The place has abundant resources to power-up your stay while you’re a student at NUS.
