Ordered 5 bucket separate without meal + 3 whip + 3 root bears initially.
Cashier added in the meal of the 5 bucket instead which led me having to pay more. Additionally, the lady said that there was no refund in the first place. (Keep pushing it that we wanted it for take away).

Burger buns, nuggets, fries/wedges all dry and tasted worse than those selling in supermarkets and breadtalk.. the only thing acceptable in kfc is really just the chicken.. i think I’ll never crave for kfc from now on lol
The large combos are good value for money.
Chicken pieces have a good crunch and moist tasty flesh inside.

I've never had such bad fried chicken. Meat was dry and stale, like they've been deep fried several times until they got sold. KFC must conduct quality checks on the Novena Square branch. Close it down completely if you can't do it right!
