Conveniently located in neighborhood Hartland mall next to MRT station and bus interchange with connections to at least 4 shopping malls with dinning banking library portage community club supermarket cinemas entertainments and amenities nearby within walking distance.
Food is average. Both Nam-Nam and Pho are better than it. It is comfortable and relatively less crowded compared with the rest of restaurants at IMM. But service is poor despite it being quiet and lack of patrons. Avoiding eye contact. Staff need to be better trained.

I love to eat Vietnamese beef noodle, but this is horrible. It is too plain, better than plain water a bit, and very little onion and herbs. Beef is too hard. Owner doesn't care about food quality at all. Honestly, hawker center Vietnamese stalls are much better than this restaurant. Friendly staf
