Understaffed. Only 2 staff handling dinner time crowd. Long queue, even longer wait for the food. Staff forgot about my order but quickly got it prepared. Tomato sauce taste like plastic.

I love the fries they are serving. The serving per order is good for two persons. The place is not too crowded especially around 1:00 A.M. I like the corner space on this restaurant because the view of busy people outside the restaurant is so artistic. Will go back on this place to try another food

The fish, no more. Tastes like cheap batter. And the flies? Don’t get me started.

However, since its located in the Town area, it will always be busy. Therefore you have to be patient. S

Can improve on the hygiene and cleanliness. I walked in for brekafast and the place smelled so bad. I had to hold my breath for most part of my meal. It was definitely not how i remembered this place to be the last I came. And the food was not as hot as i expected it to be. Thumbs down.

Their food is getting worse at the Bugis outlet. Refried till dark brown, you can literally taste the bitterness in the batter of their chicken and fish. Fries are almost always cold and hard. Thank God they decided to close this outlet

Honestly it was just okay for a fast food restaurant. I didn't really enjoy their fried fish as it has that frozen fishy taste but that was sort of expected. The chicken tasted better, tho there wasn't any seasoning that made it special in anyway. Doesn't beat fish and Co or manhatten fish market in
