This area uneven floor ( look like a space not yet rented out) near to song fa bak kut teh shop. make me foot fracture yesterday. Now hospitalization for 6 weeks. Was feedback to security. Hope they do something to the unrented shop.
Currently there's quite a bit of renovation going on. If you're doing grocery shopping at NTUC FairPrice Xtra, don't forget to claim your $3 free parking + CNY pillow (for spending above certain amounts).
A few F&B outlets here and a nice big NTUC Fairprice. Good place for a quick lunch and do some groceries shopping. Go try to come here by 11.45am to avoid the lunch crowd. Gets quite busy after 12.15pm.
Nice business park with good shopping and eating options close by with good connectivity to the city as well.
This is widely known to be the Chennai business park with many restaurants catered for the Indian community here. There's limited choices for the local..
So couple of options in this place:
- Fair price for groceries
- Handful of Indian and Chinese delicacies
- places for tea and beverages
- Changi city point is right next to it
Although, place is deserted during weekend, everyone wants to be away from work place 🙂
Crowded on a Saturday . Had dim sum brunch at Yum Cha. Standard dim sum
Air condition in the mall is unpleasant, especially dining indoor beside glass doors on a bright sunny afternoon. Unless the cooling load is rectified, will avoid visiting Yum Cha located at UE Bizhub East.
