Found them quite randomly as I looked for cafés on Google Maps. Super happy I did. Very creamy latte and yummy muffins. Try the chocolate cranberry. Cozy and nice. Only improvement suggestion: Coffee beans could be slightly stronger. :)

Terrible experience, totally no customer service at all. I ordered 2 long black, note there is no flat white in their menu, so I requested to add a little milk to the long black and the cashier told me I need to pay for the milk. This is the first time that I stepped into a cafe that I need to pay for the milk that I requested for my coffee. I do not want a latte since it is made up of 3/4 cup of milk so which is why I always order Americano with a little milk. So far, no cafe ever charges me for the extra milk that I requested, for some cafe, they even give me a small cup of steam milk.
So I go to the lady who looked like the boss and asked why I need to pay for the milk and since I only requested a little, so the lady asked how much do I need, I told her just 1 or 2 teaspoons and guess what she said, she still insisted that I need to pay for the 1 or 2 teaspoons of milk.
So I was rather dissatisfied and walked out of the cafe with my hubby and 3 children. I really do not understand why they rather forgo the business, ask yourself, how much will 1 or 2 teaspoons of milk cost them and furthermore, I am ordering 2 cups of coffee, some cakes, ice cream and cold drinks for my children. It is not just one cup of coffee.
In addition, they are also very pricey, one long black cost $5 in a neighborhood area, which is more expensive than Starbucks, Spinnelli, etc. and they will need more regular customers who stays around that area to patronize their store, so why so calculative on that small amt of milk.
They are also very arrogant, when I reached home, I posted my feedback in their facebook page and instead of looking into this matter, they deleted my comments and blocked my accounts from further commenting.
To the owner of RoyceMary Cafe, in order to survive, pls look into your customer service, you can be arrogant now, but note your cafe is still new and in this kind of neighborhood area, you need pple who stays around the area to patronize your cafe. You can block me from facebook but there is still other ways to write review on your cafe.
