Never had burger king lunch/dinner menu for years and just had this strong craving the other day. Loved that the fries and onion rings came pretty hot. Burger was smaller than i thought, but quite good actually! The chicken was really tender. Overall was a good meal.

The whole crew in this outlet needs a refresher course. Tables not clear and wipe. Floors dirty. Bins are full to the brim. No one bother to check safe entry/vaccinated. Its all basic for a fast food joint. Came in on a Tuesday night 830pm. Not even peak dinner time. Dont come to work if you dont like it.

Standard Burger King like every other franchise, for long term franchise customer, I have dine in many burger king's , although all of them have to same menu I would say this store would be the best on the island I have tried so far. The french fries is warm enough, service is extremely friendly and attentive, stores is clean spacious. Nothing to complain and highly recommend.

Food was well prepared & service was relatively quick even though they seem to be undermanned. Dining area needs to be redesigned/renovated. More tables could be added given the floor area. Currently, there's much empty space. Plus, the tables & chairs seem to be haphazardly placed with no proper layout. Also, it was not very clean when I visited which was on a late Friday night. Floor was strewn with food, tables & chairs were sticky, trash bin area was wet with spilled soda. What a sad sight.

I love this fast food restaurant. In terms of food quality, it's meh. In terms of hygiene, it's excellent, I can hardly differentiate it from a garbage dump. The tables welcomed me with exquisite stickiness, the floors with the beautiful smelling contents that once filled another's mouth. So great it is that I would bring only my most hated enemy here. Truly one of the best chains out there, second only to McDonald's drive-thru.

Good customer service at Suntec outlet. The lady manager and the staff help me when I can't redeem free meal set at kiosk & app. The food was nice too !

0 cleanliness. Not even “fast food” if the pace the staff working here is very slow. Almost everyone has nothing on their table. Really bad service. Hope the burger king management will do something about it!!!

Superb attention to detail, even tho low on manpower occasionally, these guys work round the clock to ensure customers get their food within the shortest waiting time possible while maintaining a sense of professionalism👌
