Lunch at noon was not too long a wait as we had prior reservations for indoor seating. Our party comprised overseas visitors and everyone was happy with the food quality and time needed to serve. A couple of minus points though: lobster was over cooked resulting in meat being too chewy and understaffed so every time we pressed the service bell on the table or raised our hands to make a request, response was a couple of beats slow
Other than that, we will be back for more

Food was great. Menu had quite a large variety. I think we were one of the few customers who didn't order any shellfish due to allergies. However my entire family enjoyed the meal very much. Enjoyed it so much forgot to take more photos lol

Had such a great meal here … terrific chili crab as usual, plus the cereal prawns were amazing … and the seafood fried rice. Basically it was all awesome. Super attentive staff to boot!

Good and prompt service. The black pepper crab was excellent as usual. The steamed lobster was succulent. We also had the braised spinach in 3 kinds of eggs, scallop with yam and roast chicken. All good. Yum!

The waitress trying to put us next to store with dirty floors and no air conditioning.
Expensive place with bad service.
I love the East Coast Jumbo but definitely not here.
Chili 🌶 Crab is small.

Food quality is always consistently GREAT particularly the Chili Crab as well as the Mee Goreng.
Their lobsters vermicelli looks great too but we didn't order. Probably next time.

Great food!!! Exactly how a Jumbo would deliver! Mesmerised by the black pepper crab 🦀 , the salted egg prawns 🍤, mocha flavoured pork ribs!!

Everybody was surprised when I eat in Jumbo, they said it’s for tourist. And they were right.
Everything taste quite mediocre. For tourist who’s not familiar with Chinese dishes to them maybe this place will be amazing, but honestly everything here was just so so….
Veggie 上湯皮蛋芫菜 was alright, Boon Tong Kee could cook this dish must better.
Chili Crab was just meh…. Sauce was sweet and tomato-ish and quite watery. Crab was quite “old” as the flash is quite hard.
Personally, I would suggest Uncle Roland’s Restaurant’s Chili Crab. Theirs taste much much much better. If you really want good Chili Crab I suggest you make a trip to Uncle Roland’s Restaurant at Marine Parade.
