Review Don Pie - Singapore

Loved the crust, the stuffing is bit too peppery for my taste for the chicken pie. Great for 2 pax with plenty of ingredients.

First time eating Don Pie. Had their signature Chicken family pie, Good for paxs of 6 - $27.90 p/s: Did not have the whole pie picture but u can see the filling is alot. The taste is not bad for me as i like black pepper / peppery taste 😛 🥧: 5/5 Will definitely try again next time! Maybe the shepherd pie hehe

I ordered the stay home set and added a family signature chicken pie in Nov. Did a repeat order with added beef sheperd pie a couple of days ago. Not all items were accurately delivered. i contacted seller on this. Thankful that seller has been responsive to make amends. I've ordered more pies for Christmas eve. Pies are meaty and tasty. So it's 3 orders in 2 months!

I bot it today and was surprised that the pie was badly made.. it was a tasteless potatoe pie.. no chicken, no pepper.. even the potatoes was no cooked properly.. as a regular customer, this is the worst pie I have ever had.. definitely made by an untrained part timers.. very disappointed.

An utterly awful experience that wasted so much of time and hassle. This experience had dragged for a few weeks. During 6.6, they came out with some online promotion. Pay $66 for $100 worth of products which is then converted to 2500points for redemption of items sold online. They sent me an email to welcome me with 2500 points to start my online purchase of pies and stuff. I tried to purchase online and have no clue how many points is to be deducted for one family sized chicken pie. I was literally at the raffles place stall for almost 1.5hrs just to get the pie. Staff at the stall couldn’t help as they are not familiar with online orders. They contacted their boss for help. Boss says 1 signature pie is 558 points for deduction. After spending 1.5hrs there, I insisted that they sort out their technical issues at their end and settle my online points deduction at their end. I took my pie and left thereafter. Few days later I received a new email informing me of the points deduction. They had deducted 700points instead of 558 points. I wrote to them and they responded with an adjustment of 142points. But guess what? They made my opening points to become 2000 instead of 2500 points. I had to email them again to explain. This time they stopped responding to me. I tried to order online again hoping to finish up using all the points and forget about the whole wrongly credited points. Again I was not able to complete the online order as the system keep prompting error. I tried to email them at least 3 additional times over the next 2-3weeks. And still they did not respond. I have no choice but to go down to their raffles place stall just to be able to get a response! I spent another 1 hr there trying to get to speak to the boss on the phone. He said he will check and call me back in 5min. In the end, he did not call back and did not answer any calls but only texted the staff and said that I should only be getting 2000points in the beginning. I had to show them the email proof again! All these bad management and communication wasted so much of my time. I was so unhappy of the way they handle their customer and their online promotion. In the end, I requested them to refund me the money I had paid in the beginning less the pie I took few weeks ago. It was indeed a very bad experience as they are not able to handle their promotion and online orders. Why is there a need to convert $ to points if $66 is equivalent to $100 worth of products. Redeeming products in $ value makes more sense than redeeming in weird number of points. The products come in weird points value (like 558)where no customer will be able to know how many points is equivalent to one big pie or small pie or whatsoever. You can only keep guessing by entering the numbers in the points redeemed column online. Worst still, after trying and finally when you want to check out, there will be some technical error where the system will not allow checkout without entering payment method information( there is nowhere for you to enter payment method!!) The worst experience I had ever had. They seriously need lots of improvement in every sense of the word.

Order at your own risk. There has been multiple complaints regarding delivery issues and i personally experience one of the worst. Don pie delivered me a beef shepherds pie when I ordered a chicken shepherds pie. Informed them and once they knew it was a wrong item delivered, they go missing and unresponsive. I posted a comment on Don pie Facebook page and they deleted my comment trying to hide it from all consumers. It’s been 3 days since they delivered a wrong item and they have been unresponsive still. I do not take beef due to my religion and had to puke out the whole mouth of pie that I ate after realizing it’s not chicken. Very irresponsible and unethical seller which explains why most outlets have closed down.

I am very disappointed with the service that they provide at Clementi Mall outlet. As refer to the photo, how can they just simply put the over baked curry puff in the box without me noticed. When I opened the box and get a shock, that one of the curry puff was burned. I feel that they are not honest.
