Ordered a stone cooked garoupa.
Let's start from the cost 1st.
The garoupa is $48.
I add a bamboo root and golden mushroom...
And slice pork.
The 2nd dish was suppose to be tofu with fish...
And 4 cans of drinks ..
$99.50
I saw the toufu is $24.
So $72.
So not sure how 2 veg , 1 meat and 4 drinks ca

Dishonest restaurant. Poor staff attitude - reported in the press to have told customers using Fave vouchers, "can't afford then don't eat." Well if San Guo Yan Ye can't serve decent food with decent service then you don't deserve to open.
This place does deserve more stars then it currently have. Sure the service is not top notch but the food is decent.
This place has poor reviews- and not sure why ! Portions are big - with generally alot of chili oil but nevertheless, tasty !. English of staff not great which I still find surprising in a modern 2020 Singapore. But I do not speak Mandarin either !!

Food is soso... Attitude is bad... Price is not attractive also... won't recommend.
