Yong Chieh Gooi
Different type of bak kut teh from Ng Ah Sio, Songfa or even Ah Hua.... whilst its base is peppery, it is very flavourful and gives the additional punch to the soup.
The pork ribs are also better, even the non-premium ones. Not too tough as there’s some fatty meat inside which should be the case (at least to my taste).
The outlet is not packed and perhaps it’s due to the location. Good place to enjoy a great bowl of bak kut teh.

The bak kut was packed well and there was no spillage, though we did wish there was more soup. The best dish was the steamed pork. We had also ordered their signature pork chop rice, which was only available via delivery, but that turned out to be not very nice, being very dry.
Delicious Myojo
My first time trying Founder BKT. A very simple and frills free place. I was there for lunch. It’s not so crowded as this part of the wing is pretty new. We ordered one set of pork ribs soup with salted vegetable and drink. A la carte of the Tang-O soup, vermicelli and pig liver soup. The soup is good, overall taste is not bad. Find it a bit pricey tho.

Fairly pricey with nothing standing out. Quite forgettable. The very peppery bkt soup wasn’t tasty enough for a refill, even though they refill it for you.
The you Tiao was not fresh. It felt like the you tiao was lying in the shop for days.
The tau pok was normal but pricey. Lean meat was ok, mixed organs were so so. Har Cheong gai was normal.
If it’s so forgettable, people will probably patronize once in a few months.
Recommend to focus on some star dishes that will make customers want to revisit. at this price point, unlikely to come again.
Service was quite ok though.

One of the better Bak Kut Teh in Pasir Ris. Good and attentive service from a senior staff.

Overly priced. When asked for more soup, staff will purposely pretend not to look at us and reluctantly dragged their feet to get our soup top up.
Came to "support" due to owner's desperate plea to the public but can see why they are closing down instead.
First and last time coming to Founder's BKT. Personally find Song Fa much nicer.

Not an expert on BKT but did find the food quite ordinary in taste. The You Tiao was like rubber hose. Staff seem nice enough but I can see why this place is often deserted while others are packed during busy hours.

Ordered from foodpanda and the soup is watered down, not flavorful at all. The popularity bkt's meat is tough. Wasn't expecting the standard to be so different from the main branch
