Food is fine too and also enjoyed a IPA ice cream (special). A pretty relax place with friendly service. Definitely recommended

Maybe I got a bad night, the waitress did say they were changing the menu.
I ordered the fish and chips with a small salad. Then told they don't have the salad. So I said I'm just after dinner greens, salad, veggies etc. I'm happy with anything..... Traveling with work and desperately in need of greens lol.
She goes and come back and says they can't help.
Really? You don't have anything in the kitchen resembling veggies or salad. Hmmmm. I should have left at that point. :(
So I ordered the burger. How did that come with lettuce?
Thankfully I'm not a big eater, this thing is tiny.
Closer look and the pale lettuce was brown and the tomato not in good condition. Guess that's why it wasn't acceptable as a salad.
The bacon had no crunch, I'm guessing cooked previously and reheated.
Beer was interesting, unfortunately the taster I did four of the five where flat.
I'm am optimists, I'm going to give it another try.

Not bad place. Bigger than the other outlet at novena.. It reminds like the previous one. Number of taps, food and the service is good

Absolutely loved this little cosy place. We stopped for a drink (beers are quite cheap during happy hours) but we'll definitely come back for brunch.
It seems to be a bit busier on weekdays than during weekends - but if I was living nearby, I'd come here to work in the afternoon, the place is so quiet and nice. The staff is great too!

While the service staff were prompt and the house draft were relatively good, given the amount of choices to choose from, the food was a disappointment.
We ordered 2 Australia Ribeye steaks medium cooked however when they were served, they were not hot and a little over charred. Looks like the quality of the beef steaks were less than expected because the cut seems to have more tendons than normal. So they turned out hard and not so juicy. The Praise the Lard pizza was just average and the Jalapeño Burger was probably the only food that was slightly better, among all the food.
Overall, I give it 3/10 for food, 7/10 for the house draft and 7/10 for the service.
Will we come back again? Maybe and unlikely any sooner.

The pizza was good. Ambience was okay, but the aircon was leaking. We had to shift a seat away because of this.
The burgers were a major disappointment - the buns were cold, hard and dry(even a little bit burnt). The beef patty was very dry inside. 3 of us ordered the 510 burgers and requested for medium rare, 1 of us requested for well-done. But ALL of our patties were well-done. The sunny side up egg was also a let down. I don't think I will come back here, the burgers were a total waste of money and calories.

Nice try, but $22+ for a pint of Beer in Novena? Good luck with that my friends! Menu reads much better than the food tastes. Fish and chips had some strange overbearing Rosemary/chili laced chips. Fish should be the standout in this dish, not some weird over spiced fries. Sorry but won't be recommending this place to any friends and won't be back again.

I love the place, especially the beer menu, but I find the measures a bit strange! The small glass is really a lot smaller than the large one - it seems more like 1/3 pint vs 1 pint. It's great that you serve smaller measures (many places refuse to, even when selling very strong beers), but it'd be great if you did a 1/2 pint too :)

Nickeldime is almost always the place I would head to when I need to chill and relax after a hard day at work or at home. Staff is friendly, selection is great, food is absolutely sedap! I love their beer pizzas and my fav beer has to be the hazelnut flavoured IPA. Excellent place to meet friends and catch up on life!

Advertised as "Burgers & Pizza, 15 craft beers on tap", fails on all 3. Day we went, no beers on tap, limited bottle beer, cold under cooked burger with cold buns, bland pizza and very poor service. A place to be avoided unless it seriously improved.

Staff don't seem to be trained on the range of beers. When we asked which of the 15 draft beers was a wheat beer, the wait staff looked at us like we were speaking greek. We ordered only 2 beers and yet the staff missed 1 of the orders. Icing on the cake was when we got up to leave after settling the bill, only to be asked by another lady wait staff at the door if we have paid! SERIOUSLY?!

Artistic wall paintings, good beer pizza, tasty buffalo wings and an interesting list of beer on the chalkboard. And the boss, Frank is very passionate about the beer he selling, recommended us the tasty beer(cannot recall the name, only remember it's #5 on the list). Enjoyed my Fri evening... hope to be back soon...

I love the layout of this place. Friendly staff and a wide selection of beers on tap. Good choice of pub food and quality was slightly above average. Beers available in 355ml and 150ml measures, but oddly poured into a 300ml non-matching glass; not what I would expect from a premium priced establishment. The connected bottle ship is a nice touch. Overall, OK.

Came here 1 hour early expecting to watch the Arsenal Match at 1230. I knew that they close at 1. I even confirmed with the staff if they could allow me and my friends to continue watching the match with their TV outside, they said sure just off the TV after. So I was like wow this is cool, we even ordered truffle wedges, fries and beef chilli upon confirmation that we could watch. Little did I know at 1225, 5 mins before the match, they came out telling us that they will be closing and would off everything at 1am.
I was really annoyed at that time cause I spent 70 bucks here in anticipation of the match only to be told that I can't watch it. Won't be coming back, ever, period.

Had a great time last night, excellent service, the outstanding food paired with quirky dish names made me want to order everything! Oh and the beers? Fresh, unique, great range of flavours... Won't hesitate coming again!
And did I mention the 1-for-1 main courses before 7pm? So worth it!
