Taste is okay. Nothing really standout.
The only attraction is the see-ham (blood clams), which is larger and juicier than most other shops.

Xin Heng Fried Kway Teow is suitable for those who like it to be dry with lesser dark sauce. Not really my type as I personally preferred sweet and moist Char Kway Teow.

My childhood's comfort food - Fried Kway Teow, specifically from Xin Heng Fried Kway Teow in Bukit Timah Market. Though I cannot eat this too often because of my gastritis, Xin Heng's Fried Kway Teow is the least oily version I know.

Too dry, not enough taste... Ordered with extra shells
Overall not value for taste and money. Dun understand the 4.8 rating I saw

Too dry and too white. One of the worst ever.
