Horrible experience with the owner of the stall , very rude , we asked for an extra chopstick when ordering char kuay tiao because i am sharing with my partner.
Owner instantly threw attitude and wanted to charge 20cents for the chopstick , insisted us to use the small fork that is for carrot cake to eat the kuay tiao which the fork is too small to eat the kuay tiao . Does not even deserve a star rating at all. Ridiculous. Totally dont reccommend.

didn't know asking for chili would mean "already added to your carrot cake" ya no shiz cupcake as if my taste buds are dead, if there was I wouldn't have asked for more isn't it? looks like they fried their brain while frying up carrot cake. I mean if you want to have that kinda attitude where you can't just give me a spoonful then close your shop and go somewhere else

Char kway teow was quite delicious, and provided a generous serving. It was quite sweet and fragrant however it lacked the taste of cockles and was a little dry, however, still a good dish nonetheless.

One of the best fried oyster eggs I have tried. This stall is opposite Tian Tian Chicken Rice. Chicken rice plus oyster egg and sugar cane will make a good set lunch. The oyster is plump and juicy. Some parts of the eggs is crispy. Well balanced favor, not too salty. It is not too oily as well. Chill is good but can be better.

I thought this stall would serve up really good Char Kway Teow and Black Carrot Cake. It was just so-so. Not really worth the hype imo. The pictures and stickers on the signboard made the food look potentially good though!

Ordered hokkien mee from this store and had the worst experience ever. I specifically ordered hokkien mee and they cook up oyster omelet for me. It might be because, the hawker was noisy or I did not speak loud enough or even the lady taking my order did not listen carefully. But instead of exchanging an order for me, they started quarrelling with me and saying that I had ordered oyster egg from them and the 3 person in the stall heard it. However, I calmly asked them for an exchange but they put the oyster egg on the table and said that they couldn't exchange it for me and told me to just take the oyster egg. It was clearly a miscommunication but they did not understand the issue and did not compensate me anything. They even told me that the oyster egg was $6 and hence it was too expensive for them to compensate anything. The lady who took my order then took the oyster egg and told me that she will add some hokkien mee on the side for me. But obviously, I could see that she realised her mistake and tried to compensate me with a little bit of hokkien mee on the side. This experience made me realise that the people in the stall are very fussy and couldn't afford to compensate me another meal but to compensate with a little bit of hokkien mee on the side. Terrible experience from them and will never be going back there again. Wasted my $6 in my opinion. Not worth.

Stood in line and tried to order, but despite giving my order three times they refused to take my payment. Eventually when they did take my order they thought it fine to serve me after people behind me in the queue who had ordered after me. Not sure what their reasons were, and while the food was food it is definitely not worth the wait or the horrendous experience I had just trying to order one single 4 dollar dish.
