The plating was beautiful. The taste was good but I would love more pickled radish (chye poh) to enhance the overall taste. The soup is on the lighter side but was fine with me. I ate half the mixture by itself and the latter half with soup so I could experience both taste profiles. Each has its own attribute. The meatball was too dry as I believed had less fat to meat ratio. $4.50 for brown rice option and additional $0.50 for meatball.

Very nice friendly aunty who sell the food. I'm a big fan of Hakka rice and I must say this is one of the best in Singapore. I can smell a little bit of wok smell as well. The tea soup is also very nice. Brown rice 4.5$ affordable 🤩. This shop has been around for many many years so they must be good to sustain this long too. Will def come back.

Good balance of rice and toppings. Love the bittergourd egg!

The ham-cha / lei-cha tasted decent. Some of the vegetables could have been more thoroughly stir fried to unlock their natural sweetness and fragrance.

Underated! One of the best cuisine created by the Hakkas. A favourite amongst vegans and vegetarians. White rice set cost $4 whilst the brown rice is an additional 0.5$. You should also consider getting additional top-ups! Really yummy and healthy at the same time. Well done!

Good quality and super cheap lei cha! The brown rice is the real stuff and not the brown-white rice blend. Portion size is a bit small, so it's great for a light meal. It could also use a bit more tofu.
