Excellent authentic Thai food, a rare hidden find in a neighbourhood area in Tampines that keeps us going back often!
The taste of the dishes we ordered were just right and tasted authentically Thai!
We ordered green curry, basil beef, tom yum soup, sambal Kang kong, squid, omelette and Thai fish cakes!
The shop is minimalistic and clean and the food presentation is reminiscent of what we get in Bangkok.
Saw this new shop MBK Thai and decided to give it a try. Their Tom Yum seafood has the right sour and spice and their Pandan Chicken is a must try, very fragrant.

Food was delicious and good value for money. The staff were warm and hospitable as well. I foresee myself frequenting this hidden gem of a Thai eatery in the near future!
Kudos to the lady boss! She is a fighter. We used to visit this store 4 years old and stopped for 3 years until recently. The ambience, staff and crockeries changed and we loved this place all over again! The food was great as usual as compared to their neighbor - it tasted thai and not Chinese. Other than the lady boss, we realised the effort also goes to the kitchen in charge - he regulated the food and we got our food just right in time. It's our 2nd visit after so long and we think it deserves a pat on the shoulder. So do visit and check it out!!
I love the place, as well as the food here! The deep fried chicken wings with lemongrass was so good we ordered another serving. I would definitely recommend it for Thai food aficionados seeking out a good Thai restaurant, and most importantly its a 5min walk from home.
My wife and I decided to try this as it is nearby our place.. proportions is huge... it is spicy just the way i like it. Friendly staff, would definitely come again in future..
One slurp of the Tom Yam Clear Seafood and I was transported back to Bangkok. Lovely ambience. Had to wait a while for the food to arrive but it’s worth the wait. Noms noms. Highly recommended!
The whole experience in MBK here is great! The food is superbly delicious. The chinese server name Yao if i get the name correct, is definitely one of a hardworking person. He did everything on the floor despite the sweaty shirt he had on. A pat on the back for him! Overall, i will definitely come back.
