Iqbal Soup Kambing - Singapore - Photo album

Have not eaten Kambing Soup for more than 30 years as we had been away. Recommended by a bro to try this stall. I brought my daughter who had not eaten this dish before. Very please with the quality of the food. Soup is thick and meat is very tender.
Innocently ordered the mixed version of #KambingSoup (aka #MuttonSoup) which cost me SGD$11/-, which is very expensive in my personal opinion. Taste is not fantastic. . #StanzFoodHunts #IndianCuisine #GeylangSerai #GeylangSeraiFoodCentre
Woo Hoo!!! That is a lot is cholesterol loading for one meal. Once a year sop kambing session, and burnt my tongue again. The layer of mutton oil hid the steam from the hot soup.
One of the best mutton soup in Singapore. The flavour is bold and delicious in a thick soup. The meats and organs are tender. I don't like the usage of the styrofoam plate and plastic spoon.
Not great. Too much spice in it which you will just be tasting spice at the end of the soup, and Iā€™m surprised that the skin is not entirely removed from some of the meat which can feel very gross for some people
another recommendstions. My order will be their sop rusuk (soup of ribs) and mee goreng. They have other varities of kambing soup and fried noodles.
