Overall service was terrible. Had to wait 10 minutes for just one simple order, staff was inpatient when I was ordering, when it arrived, the pearls were undercooked.

Amazing, AMAZING service. Chui Li and Yien Sian especially were so efficient, accommodating, and friendly. Will 100% recommend just based on customer service alone, and that’s before considering the delicious drinks they made. Thank you for a lovely experience!
This LiHO outlet might be difficult to find as it is located outside the mall. Service was fast as there wasn't many customers.

Happy with the tea I got but it took some time before I got my order. Waiting time can be improved. Nice place, it is neat and tidy. The location maybe difficult to find make sure to check the entrance first.
