Gong Yuan Ma La Tang Orchard - Singapore - Photo album

Our first time eating there, very pricy. The cashier staff is very polite but the kitchen staff were rude. I ordered medium spicy mala soup and they gave me mild. I went over and ask them whether can add more spicy and they gave me very bad attitude. He was the one who confirmed that he gave me mild
Ordered a lot and it's a bit pricey. Everything is weighed together so I was wondering if I just take all the meats should be more worth it. I tried 中辣 and it's not spicy for me but the soup is nice. Overall experience is good, the staffs are quite friendly.
It's really good, the numbing factor of the mala soup is so strong and leaves the lips tingling. A bit pricy but would recommend
Service staff standards here are spoiling the name of the brand. People come for the food, but the people who work here ruin the whole experience. Management should reconsider revamping the staff. Minimum requirement in the service line is a decent standard in manners, instead of talking to customer
Love the mala soup, but very upset with this elderly lady staff. I was taking the utensils and adding coriander at the table, she wanted to take the trays, she asked me to hurry and impatiently told me there is no more coriander left and to just move away.
Long waiting time during lunch hours cos only 1 staff cooking. Always have something out of stock when i visit (previously rice, dumpling and today, tomato soup base). Dont understand how can the tomato soup base oos when during lunch peak hours when they are supposed to open till night.
It’s not very delicious and not very cheap. But it’s still ok :)
Choose your own ingredients and soup bases! This is mala soup base with 特辣 numbness taste ✅ Spicy level ✅ Not too oily ✅ Freshness ✅
