I'm going to first say that I'm posting this more for the potential customers who are thinking of visiting - don't waste your time like I did mine.
As a huge fan of Korean BBQ I have a duty to talk about the experience that I had.
Let's start off with the physical environment. Place was relatively old, and the ventilation was horrid. Was placed in a corner of the restaurant facing a pile of unused stoves.
Service-wise, they didn't fare any better. The boss (or the one who behaved like one), brought us to an empty table and left promptly, without providing us with any guide/instructions. There was no cutlery and no menu.
The food selection was poor / left empty for a prolonged period of time. Some basic Korean essentials - vegetables, bean sprouts and kimchi, were empty and I had to ask the staff to refill the vegetables before they did so.
Meat quality was average - you can find the same level, or better, at many other Korean BBQ places.
Drinks came out of self-service dispensers, but were tasteless.
0/10 will never go back again.

As a fan of KBBQ, I was eager to give this place a try after seeing the good reviews it has received. We arrived on a Wednesday evening at 5.30pm, but was informed to return later at 6pm as they had a big tour group arriving and would need time to seat the customers first. No issues, we had coffee nearby and came back at around 6.11pm. We were then given seats in a corner of the restaurant with next to no space to navigate around due to the way the other customers were seated; the server noticed but only commented on how "skinny" I am to be able to squeeze my way to my seat. After seating us, the server abruptly left, with no menu or instructions given. We then headed to the buffet counters for our food, only to realize that apart from the meats, nearly everything else was empty, and remained empty for the next hour while we were here. The tour group had already left about 10mins after we were seated, and apart from my table of two, there were only two other groups of three and four respectively. We had intended to order their menu items (stews etc.) as well, but was later told very unapologetically that nothing was available when we attempted to make an order. It truly felt as if they were completely unprepared for operation today. I can understand that sometimes businesses may be understaffed, but this restaurant operates with a 2 and a half hour prep/rest time between their lunch and dinner sessions, which is puzzling how they didn't even find time to refill their banchan and kimchi. The quality of the food we did manage to eat was nothing redeeming either; it was comparable to your standard chain KBBQ restaurants like Ssikek. All in all, this was a terrible experience. I left feeling very dissatisfied and hangry. Not worth the traveling to its rather out-of-the-way location, not worth the money, and definitely not worth the frustration felt at not being able to even get a decent meal.

Super lousy (not even worth 0.5 star). We were the only family there on a Saturday afternoon buffet lunch. 2 tables of Korean tourists with a tour guide having steamboat - part of their travel package I guess. It must be famous in Korea that they came all the way to Spore to eat! Korea BBQ buffet restaurant playing loud Thai pop songs! (Brain teaser experience as Thai green curry kept flashing up in my mind while i am looking at the bbq) Felt so cheated with the good reviews on fb. It is probably true a year ago but certainly not happening in 2017. The lousy selection of food probably is self explanatory of the lousy business crowd on a weekend. Staff not interested in topping up the food. Prawns and squid were tiny and not fresh. (The only seafood selction anyway). Meats selection! The wet market pork store probably have better selection! Hahaha.... Seoul Garden is 100% better in my humble opinion. All the good reviews on how good the chicken wings. Hahaha.... of course when you have comparison! Because they have a total of 5 cooked food including the chicken wings. ("Dry" fried rice, "weird" glass noodles, "tastless" spicy rice cake, "very salty" seaweed soup and "good" chicken wing)
Last but not least, lunch buffet is from 11.30am - 3pm. We reached slightly after 12noon but at 2.25pm we were told "last order" and they immediately covered all the food at 2.30pm. Did we eat alot? They have nothing much to begin with. 2 child (below 6), 2 adults, 2 senior citizen.
$24.90+++ adult and child $18.90 +++ if you have nothing better to do, not so hungry and felt so rich that you need to do some charity work ... please visit Blue Garden... to find the remaining 0.50 star experience. Thank you for the wonderful "Thailand experience" eating Korean BBQ. It's awesome!

we had a table of 11 paxs, the service was excellent and every staff served with a friendly smile including the boss. Especiallly thanks to Robert that even helped us with an umbrella to the carpark on a rainy night. Highly recommended as compared with other Korean bbq restaurants, i enjoyed my dinner with a light heart and so are my guests.

Went here for Sunday buffet lunch, well worth it. You can taste the freshness of the meat, and the bulgogi marinade was really tasty and not overly sweet. Will definitely come back here again

It was quite similar taste with food in Korea, I could enjoy many kinds of BBQ meat and Korean Alacarte... Bulgogi and Fried chicken were delicious and vegitables was fresh as well.. I'd like to recommand for group gathering since the restaurant is quite spacious and resonable price!! :)

Great selection and always fresh. Reservations should be made as they are often very busy. I'd say the best Korean buffet in the city.

Actually quite OK if you are on a budget but it's quite out of the way to come here just to get your Korean BBQ fix. Be prepared to go home afterwards, and wash yourself at least a dozen times to get rid of that BBQ smell...
