The food isn't bad, but service is atrocious. I ordered three scoops and added an extra cone for my little girl who requested one. Three scoops cost $8 on the menu, with a 60 cents top up for one premium flavour, with an extra dollar for the cone. The bill should have been $9.60 but came to $10.70. Turns out that they split into two items of one scoop + one cone and two scoops, thus increasing the total bill.
Upon query, the person in charge said that they had to split into two items because for three scoops, each scoop will be smaller while there's no difference between the size of the scoops for one scoop or two scoop purchases. In my years of visiting such outlets, this is the first time I heard such a lame excuse. It's damn obvious there's only just one kind of scoop used in the shop. Also, I don't think any customer would be happy that scoops come in different sizes without any clear indication that this is the shop policy.
I thought I stumbled upon a hidden gem, but I guess I won't be re-visiting because this experience left a really bad taste in the mouth. I don't mind that they split the same number of scoops into two items, but please don't treat customers like idiots. I would have been perfectly happy with an explanation such as a cone can only be ordered with a minimum of one scoop and it's impossible to put three scoops on one cone.
I guess I will find another place to bring my kids for ice-cream in the area.

The ice cream is nice. The mint flavour is rich and I especially like the rich & slightly bitter mocha.

Waffle was downright horrible. Soggy and full of baking soda taste. Please change your formula.
