The soup is the peppery kind, yet can taste the herbal. I like it, as other brands can only get peppery taste. They refill the soup upon request, which I feel can be more proactive. Also, they should offer promotion set. Think this outlet is closed ☹️

Last year the food was alright.. not sure why this time round the food is gross.. the pork ribs meat are still red & tasted not well-cooked. Staff claims that their meat is from France, its normal, its definitely cooked.. Ordered another fish soup to replace, the fish is also red and tasted fishy! Disappointed meal and super pricey.. Not worth to visit!

I was there having dinner with my kids which is 10 months old and 2 years old. Both are not able to eat spicy food. Hence I have to buy porridge from the next stop. They do not allow me in for the porridge I bought. I ask do I need To separate with my family. They say you can go out and eat with you family. Staff is not trained to be family friendly and conscious about their food offering. When I move out with my family, I took along the baby chair which I brought Into the place. The staff still have the guts to tell me I can’t take the chair out as it belongs to them. I raise my voice to them , I brought this chair in my self. If family comes first, this is not a place to dine.

Soup was too peppery and strong. We opted the premium pork ribs, which they claimed to be thicker cuts and more tender meat, but the meat was still kinda tough imo. Still prefer Song Fa all the way!

Contrary to most reviews here. I actually feel that their soup is pretty decent. It's not hit you in the face peppery soup and has body to it. 4/5 actually, but minus 1 star due to poor service. You have try very hard to catch their attention.

The BKT meat was good but the braised intestines were such a let down.
The intestines were cooked in the BKT then added to the braising liquid before serving. Tasted nothing like braised intestines at all. Maybe let your customers know if you've sold out the real thing instead? If you're hawking out Singapore delicacies in ION, a little integrity goes a long way.
