Some stalls shouldn’t expand and franchise, thus tarnishing their reputation as one of the best nasi lemak in Singapore. Had one of the worse nasi lemak ever. The rice and sides were cold, the otah broke apart upon opening. It felt under cooked and tasted stale. Felt sick for hours after eating. Asked for extra chill and the staff said, we only give two spoons. Oh well.. it was a bad lunch. Good thing I never crave for Crave. Instead, I recommend you to talk a short walk down the road to Tanjong Pagar plaza market - many wonderful nasi lemak stalls which will satisfy that crave.

I would give zero stars if I could, as everything was bad. All the food were cold, bergedil was hard, and the otahs were mushy and undercooked. The staff looked extremely “sian” and couldn’t really be bothered to provide any service at all. I feel like this company has given up on both product quality and customer experience.

Beef rendang is great thought don't look delicious, chicken Nasi lemak is normal.
Feedback, the soft plastic table ware, plastic plate that hold the food was so soft that I had to hold with both have when transferring from collection point to table as it seems like will break a part by the rice and meat on it.. And the plastic fort, got to be very gentle when use it, which make it harder to pick the meat up, not sure how other customer use it to eat fried fish.
Understand the cost consideration when chooses disposable foodware and cutlery, but at least select better quality one.

Bad brand that keeps getting worse
Understaffed and rude
Arrived at 11 and the auntie rudely (in tone, gesture and words) "11.30!" Then return her back and walk away
Since unfortunately I already preordered with KaiKai, I came back at 11.20 to find her not bother talking and other confused patron kindly come to me to explain it's 11.40 now

The portion enough for me. I order nasi lemak with chicken cutlet. It contains fried ancovy with peanuts, half cooked sunny side egg, chicken cutlet some slice of cucumber and sambal. I order otah nyonya also, but the taste not as good as i tried in queensway. For the drink, they served milo, teh tarik, kopi tarik, bandung, cendol etc. They don’t have mineral water. The place to eat not large enough, especially if you come on lunch time. They have another set menu of nasi lemak, ex. with selar fish, and chicken wings. The taste quite good for me but not for otah.

Nice nasi lemak, but would not recommend the otah. Has more flour than other otah outside, texture not as nice.

Decent coffee shop standard Nasi Lemak. Expect to pay a premium for the location. Sambal was a little too sweet for my taste but they offer a good variety of sides.
