2021 Michelin Guide Singapore listed Pondok Makan Indonesia serves a fantastic Mee Rebus for $3.00. As the only Muslim hawker stall listed in Michelin Guide, the stall has garnered a cult following among the Malay community for being one of the best places for Malay food, it also sells satay, gado
$3 portion for soto ayam is tiny, you get barely a few pieces of rice cakes and bits of shredded chicken in the broth. The soup is great though. Tahu goreng also offers a nice nutty spicy kick as well.
Auntie mee rebus the thick gravy taste good 👍🏻
Read about this hawker stall being the 1st muslim stall in Spore being given Michelin ratings...hence popped by to try after visiting the nearby Guan Yin Temple. 1 word that is most appropriate for the dishes served...fresh!! Dishes tried were tahu goreng, mee goreng, lontong and chicken satay... Ta
Came here to try out their Mie rebus and it is indeed very SEDAP! taste super good and authentic! My bf tried their Soto and it is not bad but not impressive. Would recommend you guys to try out their mie rebus. Would definitely go again to try out their tahu grg that is pretty famous as well!
Satay were quite nice, sauce is peanuty and spicier than the ones out there, worth checking them out!
One of the hawker food recommended by the Michelin Guide and it tastes really good + friendly staff 👌🏻
From nearly 20 over years, still my favourite food and spot. From single to married.
