If you are ever at this clinic, please look for Dr Chan Hsiu Mei. She is such a kind and patient doctor. She answers all your concerns and really listen to you. So far i found the staff at the counter have improved a lot from the last time i was there. They must always be polite and professional no matter how many people they see.
I recently moved from Malaysia to Singapore and having difficulty in finding a good GP for my family. Luckily I came across Dr Winston. Dr Winston is an amazing person. He explained in detail about my symptoms and the treatment regime he is going to put for me. He is well spoken with humble and polite attitude.
Dr Winston will be my family doctor from now on.
I was looking for a clinic for my throat infection. Having read some negative reviews, I was a bit apprehensive but decided to visit anyway.
I went in at 3pm, and the clinic was quite crowded. The staff attending to me was professional and polite. Waiting time was expected to be 1 hour, but I got to see the doctor in 30 mins. Had to wait another 30 mins for my medicine, but that was to be expected. All in all, a decent visit for me

Comprehensive clinic with X Ray, ECG and even Traditional Chinese Medicines (TCM) incorporated into their one stop clinic.
The only down side is the waiting time, might need to wait longer them usual if you're doing company's medical assessment there as there are quite a number of companies registered to have their staff medical screening conducted there.
Long waiting time, numbers not called in sequence but understandable as different doctors dealing with different matters plus COVID season.
