Kolkata Beckons - Singapore - Photo album

Lovely food and amazing service. As authentic as it gets. We had the fish, mutton and chicken dishes. Their recommendations are all spot on. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful. The food was delivered piping hot and hit all the right notes. Oh and don’t miss the dessert!!!
A very good alternative to Mustard restaurant. Love the service and the food. We enjoyed every single dish here. It is a must to try the fried fish, mustard fish and mutton curry which was soft and tender. We will be back!
We tried Chicken Biryani, Luchi and Kosha Mangsho. All the dishes tasted authentic to our Bengali taste buds. The Baked Sandesh was really really good and a must try dessert.
Seriously good food. Made even better by the super friendly owner/manager of the restaurant. His affability is probably one of the things that makes people visit the restaurant again and again. The food is delicious and the rasgolla is really nice. The flavours are bang on and the aroma is uplifting
Nostalgia abounds. A great place for Bengali food. We started off with an aam panna, had the mutton chop, bhetki paturi, luchi and kosha mangsho along with malai dab chingri curry. Topped it off with baked rosogulla and mishti doi. The perfect meal. Do book a table online since it can have a crowd.
Had a craving for Indian food and decided to try this place out. Located really close to Farrer Park MRT, just along Race Course Rd. Service was great, was served water and a green colored shot of mango drink upon arrival. I ordered through their emenu and initially thought that the Lachcha Paratha
Real authentic Bengali food if you are missing it. Very clean and nice ambience. Small eatery limited spaces. $$$$. However portions are quite small and prices high. Makes your eyes water and it’s not only the mustard.
Our second time here. Friendly and good service. Good ambiance! We tried the veg platter, fish curry, chicken rolls and veg biryani. All flavours spot on ! Mishti Doi was a little too sweet.Definitely worth a visit .
