Unlike the rest of LiHO outlets, there is an area for customers to sit. There are quite a few tables available, for customers to sit to chill or simply to enjoy the drinks.
The menu is similar to the rest of the outlets.
And LiHO does have an extensive range of tea, from milk tea to fruit tea.
Most important, the prices are quite reasonable and value for money.
Also good to support the local brand!

Regular LiHO Tea outlet that can be quite busy during peak hours. Be prepared to wait a bit as there are many orders from the online delivery platforms which the staff need to prepare on top of walk in customers.

The work flow or staff efficiency will certainly need to be looked at. Having visited a few times, I can’t help but to notice that the service here is particularly slow. On a weekday afternoon, I had to wait 20+ mins for a drink. Through my observation, the 10 customers ahead of me had orders of 1-2 cups - no abnormally large or tedious orders either.

Drinks are good! On weekends, Liho ought to have more staff on service. I can see just 2 youngsters serving and it can get overwhelming and thus service being disrupted, long waiting time and disgruntled customers. Pls do something about this, especially during weekends. I feel sorry for those serving during these peak times.

Staff don't know how to introduce their product, I order a cheese chocolate shake $6.90 just a normal blended chocolate shake, can't taste the cheese.

Disinterested staff rudely asked to see the trace together check in, then walked away when I want to show it. So I walked out of the shop & patronized the other bubble tea shop, 19 instead. They are so much better in customer service! This liho branch deserves no star at all.

I brought a honey green tea and its not taste like honey green tea the staff was rude ignore me, the stuff said it just like that if your forgot put honey then said and i have to wait very long and you just gave other that is behind me first and i went to other LiHo store(century square) and brought the same thing and it taste different it much more nicer than in tampines hub please if you never put honey just said and just change a new one for me. i won't buy from this store again.
