It's a Sunday at Hoshino @Jewel and before 11 am. We managed to get a seat. This place usually has a queue. Got the brunch beef and omu and pancakes. That was yummy and we shared maritozzo. The light cream was fabulous. Matcha latte was so good too. Felt stuffed. Like it that they have seasonal menus and specials.

Tried their Hokkaido Milk French toast and was not really impressed by it. The taste is boring, all sweet and savory, and a hint of egg’s smell put me off. Their coffee was okay as usual, although with $7 I would prefer %Arabica.
There was an incident that one of the waiter accidentally dropped a glass teapot nearby our place. It broke into hundreds of small shards, many of which fell onto our table. But he didn’t checked not apologized to any of the patron about that incident, maybe he didn’t realize that it could fly that far. We had to checked our beverage and food to make sure that there was no small glass shrapnel were inside our food.

Despite P3HA 2-person limit dine-in, long queue for dining but queries move relatively fast. We got our table in 25 mins to and out within the hour. Food is well done and tasty as usual.
Check out their 10th year anniversary deals (as of July 2021).

The quality of the food and operation remains rather consistent in all their branches. Must try the Hokkaido milk pancake. It’s delicious!

Visited Hoshino's when I was in Japan so coming back to their branch in Singapore is definitely a happy tidbit of the travelling times.
Their Lobster bisque pasta is hands down my favourite of all their dishes. The flavour is so good and not jelat at all, and the portion size is fantastic as well. This dish is definite to-order at every Hoshino outlet I visit. The seafood taste is not too strong, as there's a mixture of sweet tomato flavour to help ease it.
Their omu rice is wonderful, and the egg is superbly fluffy and tofu-like. Although its a basic dish and isn't anything exceptional, it was personally great for me.
Of course, what's a visit to Hoshino without indulging in their Souffle Pancakes? It gets a little dry at times, so a great pot of tea is a good companion for this sweet dessert. They also occasionally come up with seasonal pancakes if you're up for that.
Damage is estimated to be $25 - $35/pax
I'm drooling just thinking about the Lobster bisque pasta, can't wait to have it again.

Hoshino Coffee is one of my favorite restaurants for desserts. Their pasta are pretty good too. Had lunch at this outlet recently and there was quite a long queue. Thankfully, there were more >3 pax groups in front of us, so when a number of couple tables were available, we skipped the queue and were seated. The menu selection is as per other Hoshino outlets, and customer service staff were attentive. We ordered pasta and our usual double Souffle Pancakes. I forgot the name of the pastas, but they were pretty good. The souffle pancake was the star of the show, of course. Overall, pleasant meal.

Place was busy but not full at 6pm on a Sunday. Sat at the nice couches facing the glass "waterfall". Service was brisk, remember to press the small button on the table. Note that there is no special sets of 2-4 pax unlike other branches.
Tried seafood spaghetti, salmon spaghetti, promo beef spaghetti and kids meal. We enjoyed all of them and cleaned our plates.
For dessert, special Jewel French toast was great. Nice tart fruits pairing with soft toast and sweet syrup plus ice cream. The pancake for kids meal is not the usual Macs one. More spongy and dry. Matches well together with ice cream and syrup.
