Have not tasted Arnold's fried chicken for many years,this outlet @ city plaza has been operating here for a long time.. ordered the half spring chicken & 2 PC plate to compare & the latter tastes better! Best to come during weekdays,not much crowd

the taste I just I remembered it when I tried many moons ago.. been a while since I came here.. the welcome crew uncle is very friendly and makes us feel like old friends visiting.. the chicken is aromatic - very crispy (skin) and tender (meat)... sorted out a fried chicken craving nicely! 😋

Service is ok. Food waiting time is also quite fast. Chicken served is fresh and juicy. Definitely taste different from other fried chicken chains. Personally, I don’t like thick fries.

Fresh and nice coleslaw, piping hot mashed potatoes.
We gotten the fried treats as well, onion rings n curly fries were good. 😋

Male Manager at cashier was cool and friendly.. i saw him going around and chat with customers at the table.. so nice.. 👍

You can taste the freshness and juiciness of the chicken as you bit into the meat. Coleslaw is very refreshing and crunchy

Ordered 5 pieces chicken and 1 spring chicken for family and was surprised that the chicken pieces are so small.
In additional, have also ordered onion ring, fries, mashed potatoes and buns. They have failed to include the fries! The fries in the picture come from the spring chicken set. The onion ring is so little, use.both your hands fingers to count and it's more than enough!
The spring chicken used to be well seasoned and flavourful when eaten. However, this round.... really lack flavour, am really disappointed!
Smaller portion, fried chicken not as good as before. What's up! Doubt I am going back again.
