The staff (especially this one waitress) was very rude. Extremely unprofessional with ther service and would rather socialise with her friends at other tables than cater to customers. And when we checked on our order, she literally started shouting at us. The manager came in and apologised on her behalf but the experience was terrible. We left the place early just so we don't have to deal with her. The last thing you want on a day out with friends is someone coming to your table and shouting at you just because you checked on an order that was placed 20 minutes ago.

Horrible staff called Michelle yelled at a couple of customers. She looked like she was about to attack some of them. Manager doesn’t seem too bothered. Gin took forever to arrive and is watered down.

Namaste! A nice relaxed vibe is radiated by the bar, from the energetic flow of the crowd sitting by the riverside, to the al fresco seats in front of the glass doors, to the inner disco feel of the interior. The staff are all friendly, and also not intrusive, as I had my iced coffee and chilled out while I watched people. The waitress who served me was soft-spoken and feminine, and also having high EQ. Gave her a little tip, as an appreciation of her work. Everything was great and I would be back again. Felt a sense of calm and freedom even in the frenzy of the night life pouring onto the Boat Quay pub and clubbing scene. A nice place to chill out in the morning...LOL!! Love this place.....

Spent a rainy afternoon here watching the bad weather pass. Staff were great running through the really heavy rain to deliver our beers, which were very reasonable, especially by the bucket. Our server John was a delight looking forward to coming back to enjoy some sunshine by the river on our next trip to boat quay.

Very bad customer service.
1. We asked about the live band playing time and was told that there is no live band. But the live band appear 20 min after.
2. The bill was $40++ and I gave a $50 note, they did not return the change.
3. We ordered 10min before the happy hours' end, but only been served after happy hours end and was charged for non-happy hour rate. I confronted one of the servers, and with no intention of solving the problem, he replied: oh, is very confuse and I couldn't check the system.
However, the live band is really great!

Manager is super rude! He said " you listen to me , it's as simple as you drink it and you pay for it"
In fact, the waiter said " you take double shot and one each in the cup" ended up we had 2
Double shot in each cup, and which means it's 2 cups of double shot. And the manager was so agitated and demanded that we shld listen to him!
When we explained to him, his reply is again " you listen to me. It is as simple as you pay for what is in my order list. "
So if the waiter ordered wrongly, we have to pay? There's no human error? This challenge my common sense about human error. Moreover, he did not even bother to check w the waiter!
Guys, seriously ... CHECK BEFORE YOU ORDER THEIR HAPPY HOUR PROMOTION. The promotion is so vague and they might cheat your money! BEST NOT TO GO! Not gonna recommend this place!!

Don't expect to get your change unless you ask for it, several times. Happens every time we visit. Last night the joke of a manager even pretended he wasn't staff when we waved him to come over! He was more interested in drinking his beer and playing on his phone!
