Nice indo restaurant by the sea. Food was fantastic. Among the food, fried gurame was crispy, prawns were succulents & tasty, tahu kipas were yummy. But the venue needs some improvements. It felt like a run down, pity.. Overall was an enjoyable meal.
Food was quite good and authentic. I especially liked the rendang which was very tender, and the huge grilled prawns. All dishes were of acceptable standard. We ordered the 10 person set and the portions were generous, we finished only slightly more than half. They are very accommodating to requests to takeaway the rest of the food. Only took one star down because of the inconvenient location, I think driving is a must for this place.
Best Authentic Indonesian Food..best Gurame fried fish in Singapore..juicy chicken satay and grilled prawn..πππππ... picture perfect best location and nice view watching flight landing and having food..
We came here today for team lunch. We ordered a couple of items... Emping and sambal + white rice, chicken satay, signature deep fried fish, a prawn dish, kengkong udang, a veg tofu curry and completed it with Chendol (flavoured by brown sugar and coconut milk).
The food was really good and staff was really helpful. However, the key point for this place is its location, its just by the sea.
So one gets to enjoy the food, while enjoying the cool sea breeze. Definitely a place to visit.

4.5 stars! Location and ambience is beautiful during their lunch period. Would totally come again at night.
Staff was attentive. My elbow almost knocked my drink over but waiter was quick to move the drink away.
Food tasted authentic.
Authentic Indonesian cusine in an establishment that has operated for more than 20 years in Singapore. Gurame used to be located at Roxy Square and is now tuck away in the tranquil and idyllic setting of Changi coast
The food and environment makes you feel that are overseas while the great service makes you look forward to your next visit.
